Keeping Your Word

We are all guilty of this from time to time… we say we’ll do something and then life gets complicated and we get busy. Some things fall through the cracks.

Whether it’s with kids, friends, family, or coparenting… stay consistent. Be present.

Don’t make a habit out of things being left said and not done. This pattern plants the seed of doubt in those we love and promise things to.

Promises left and plans left unfulfilled create hurt feelings and resentment over time.

You can prevent that by doing what you say you’ll do. Follow through. Keep your word. Especially with your children. They remember!
